Amending dates: You may amend your booking up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Within 48 hours, please contact us directly on 01675 464 222.

Price changes: If your new dates fall in a different season or rate tier, your total will be recalculated. If the new total is higher, the balance will be due on arrival; if lower, a refund of the difference will be processed within 7 days.

Availability: All amendments are subject to room availability for the requested dates.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to new dates within the terms above.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in receive a full deposit refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable. To cancel, please call us on 01675 464 222.
